Two brothers hide in a closet as they hear their drunk father's lousy steps clunking down the hallway. He's angry. Brian, the oldest, sprints out of the closet and yanks open the bedside table drawer. It's still there. he had no time to think, only time to react. He was ready to fight back. He grabbed the gun from the drawer and aimed it at the doorway in which his drunk father stood. Tears streamed down the boy's face, and he pulled the trigger.
