Hanah is a 17 year old girl trying to figure out what happened to her dad and where he is or if he is still alive. Her horrible foster family sends her on a ship to London to go to a fancy school. She doesn't want to go and soon a storm wrecks the boat and she finds herself on an island, lost. She loses her memories. She looks for survivors, and finds a boy named Justin and his dog Pluto, they  both lived on the island. Hanah only remembers her dad. Hanah finds out that Justin knows her dad and that he was friends with his dad. Justin gives Hanah a book her dad left behind. The two of them go on a journey to find the secret.
