    Four years after winning himself, the 74th Hunger Games leaves a mark on Panem. John and Sylvia experience the beginning phases of a rebellion in their District and as they are both Victors, the ones the people look up after the 74th Hunger Games, more responsibility is laid upon them. But the twist in the 3rd Quarter Quell will send them back to the Arena with other Victors, including the two victors that started the movement.
    
    Asked to take part of a dangerous plan, it's no longer about winning the Games. It's about saving the revolution about to take place - no matter the cost.
