"Hide it and hide it well."

______________

Lycanthropy have been dwindling drastically over the last two millennia due to great displeasure of the Moon at the betrayal of her subjects. What she has blessed them with, they either took for granted or defied with humanoid laws and rituals that have never been approved of - by her - all for their own personal gain and greed. She's tired and ready to end it; destroy her great achievement even though it hurts her heart. Until, one night, a young wolf howled to her begging for his mate - his true mate - and deciding to give him a chance, a compromise has been made.

Within the last five centuries, the Moon has blessed them with a second chance, but only just. The Ancient Scriptures told of mates identifying each other through scent, sight or touch but that was no more. What serves as a replacement are called "Marks". Each pack is blessed with a trademark clan symbol that serves as identification not only among their people but to other packs as well. Each male is born with the clan's symbol tattooed on the inside of their wrist with little extra details to differentiate familial ties.

Follow the lives of four sisters as their parents' decision brings heavy consequences and them being torn apart when all they want is to stick together.

[Completed] Every Wolf Moon, humans are selected from each village to be sacrificed to the werewolves; creatures worshipped by humans as godlike figures. In a twist of fate, seventeen year old Mila Young is selected to be the annual sacrifice for the Trinity pack, the most powerful pack ruled by King Alpha Roman Stone. Alpha Roman and all werewolves under his rule are cursed. His hatred for the humans and his war on the deity Moon Goddesses has caused his kind to lose the favor of their blessings. However, when Mila reveals herself to have a connection to the werewolves unlike anything a human has ever had before, it becomes apparent that she may be the key to ending the suffering of Roman and his wolves... if only he can overcome the lifelong hatred that clouds his mind and darkens his heart. Excerpt: "You smell like wolf," The King Alpha declared, his voice low and angry. "I killed one," I both explained the smell and threatened at the same time. "And you think you can kill me? You think you can take my pack?" I glanced around at all the lycans still in their wolf forms, bowing obediently towards me. Could I take all of them on? I doubted it. I didn't even think I'd get this far. I didn't even know what was going on. When I turned back to the King Alpha, he was significantly closer. "Stay back!" I cried out in fear. The power flared within me once more, lifting whimpers from around me. The King Alpha hesitated again, his eyes skating over me with confusion. He took a deep breath, sniffing the air around me as he hadn't yet gotten any closer. "You smell like... my mate." {{Warning: Some scenes may be unsuitable for audiences below the age of 15 and offensive to those of all ages. Read at your own risk.}} Rankings: #1 in Lycans #1 in wolf
The Fertility Mark (Book 1) by grizzie-grey
52 parts Complete
NOT EDITED VERSION. Delilah got a huge responsibility on her shoulders at the age of 17 when her parents died. The responsibility: her seven year old sister, Alice. They don't know exactly how their parents died. All they knew was that their car exploded, but their bodies were never found, even after the fire was put out. Delilah thought that her life was simple -well as simple as it gets with a seven year old in your life- but what she didn't know was that people were looking for her. For both her and her sister. The mark that they bore behind their neck symbolized something bigger than what they thought was a simple birth mark. It symbolized mate. But more importantly, it meant that they could bare a child with no fertility problems. On the vampire world, fertility is a big problem. It's been thousands of years since a female has birthed a child that has been capable of passing down the vampire gene without being bitten or cursed (the worst and most painful possible way ever) or both mother and infant dying. So finding a female with the mark is like finding your own personal treasure. When Delilah meets her hot new neighbor and finds out he's a werewolf -not just any werewolf but the most powerful Alpha King- will they be mates? Or will she be mates to one of the many vampires and help solve the thousand year old problem? Cover made by @bubblygummii Mark is supposed to be behind neck, so please don't judge the cover. I love it ❤️

Amara Knight is a young pack member of the Silver Moon Pack and best friend to the alpha's baby sister Kaden Black. After her parents death, she had to look after her little brother Niklaus, with the overwhelming responsibility of protecting the only family she has left. As her 19th birthday nears, she grows more wary of attending the mating bonfire that could be ever life-changing. A ceremony that could rip her apart from the only family she has ever known, her pack, but will fate have different plans? or will she forge her own? * * * "I've seen you cry plenty of times Mar. Don't get shy now" He whispered grabbing my chin and turning my head to face him. He wiped my tears gently with a frown. "I hate seeing you cry" He commented as I smiled softly. "I try to avoid it" I teased but I couldn't bring myself to laugh at my own pathetic joke. "Whatever you decide. I'll be here" He tells me after a long silence. Just the soft and comforting rain surrounding us. "I know" I smiled grabbing his hand in mine. "But I think we both know that there is no choice to make" I finished as the rain stopped abruptly leaving us with distant howling deep in the forest. My mind was made up. I've been told by many that I can be a very indecisive person. But this, this is definitely not something that I had to ponder for long. My decision had been made. I think, deep down, from the moment I laid eyes on him I knew. I am rejecting the Alpha of the Silver Moon Pack.
