In the reality of Hadley Ferguson, every teenager experiences an event called a time slip. For however long time wishes, a person is transported back in time. There is no way to predict when or where one may end up, but one thing is certain: once a person goes into a time slip, a life is changed forever. And it is Hadley's turn.
She falls asleep in her normal life, but slips into a new world in her sleep. She awakens to find herself in a new time and no idea how to get home or survive in this unfamiliar society. With the help of a new friend, she must find a way home. But when she returns, she'll return changed.
