Their just like regular people. With a twist. Their S.E.A.

Half of the population are humans while the other half are S.E.A.

S.E.A. stands for Special Extraordinary Abilities.

They run around freely. Their not a secret to the world. Everyone knows who S.E.A. are.

They're two different kinds of S.E.A. One of them are called the Singles. They only hold one ability while the Multipliers hold more than one. The multipliers are known to be the most powerful S.E.A. They might one ability, but a couple of the top eight of level 5 's S.E.A. are Singles. The rank  fourth S.E.A. is Sapphire. Her ability is teleportation. ( Teleportor). At the age twelve she was already at level four and now she's a  level 5 at seventeen in high school.
