Castiel comforts you because you either have a stomach ache or a medical condition that causes stomach pain. I wrote this for myself because I have a medical condition (chronic IBS) and I was lonely and in need of comfort so why not comfort myself or have an angel comfort me? Feel free to critique! I don't know if I'll continue the Batter fanfiction yet. I just don't know.

One that is fraught with danger and the realisation that your guardian angel has fallen for you. All the while Castiel struggles with his desire for you and his emerging human emotions. This story contains physical and mental abuse, blood, blood work and mention of a toxic relationship. I use He/Him and She/Her in my stories as I don't feel I could give any of the other pronouns the proper usage.

Please, you can't-" Dean had waited so long to be able to say it, had fought and denied and swallowed those words, those feelings so many times. Now that he was ready to let them go, they weighed heavily on his heart, demanding to be set free and fly. Kept inside, they seemed to settle in his chest, pulling him down. "Don't", Cas had begged, something inside Dean shattering, coldness spreading, closing around his heart like a fist.
