Castiel comforts you because you either have a stomach ache or a medical condition that causes stomach pain. I wrote this for myself because I have a medical condition (chronic IBS) and I was lonely and in need of comfort so why not comfort myself or have an angel comfort me? Feel free to critique! I don't know if I'll continue the Batter fanfiction yet. I just don't know.
(Period cramps come later and I'm going to add some awkward fluff for you guys so it'll be a real cheerer-upper lol)
