Running away from her problems was her only option, and Grace did that a lot after not being able to face her mom. Eventually Grace meets a boy, and falls in love. This boy isn't all put together as thought though, idolizing horrific values for popularity. Later Grace's dreams are destroyed with her state of mind. She learns to accept her beauty and independence and move on from what she has been faced with. Like a flower, she was blooming with a path of action. Finally finding that they can never could stay for the rose.
