mental illness are common nowadays, we can see a lot people struggling with these problems. but there's amount of people who really don't know what are these illness about, so here i'm going to explain it. i'm going to be talking about some specifics subjects like depression, anxiety and anxiety social because i daily struggle with all of this. and i would like to help some people out there who struggle with this same problems. las enfermedades mentales son comunes hoy en día, podemos ver a mucha gente luchando con estos problemas. pero hay mucha gente que no sabe con exactitud de que se tratan estas enfermedades, así que aquí lo explicaré. estaré hablando acerca de unos temas en específico como la depresión, ansiedad y fobia social porque cada día lucho con todos estos. y me gustaría poder ayudar a algunas personas quienes también luchan con los mismos problemas.

They tell me that the road to recovery feels like a terrible butt fuck, but the fact that you're on the path to begin with, is all that matters. So as I sit in this circle of fuck ups, I realize just how different I am from them. I didn't attempt suicide because my mother was a crack addict who didn't want me. My father wasn't abusive. I didn't have a sibling die in a car accident. I was never really bullied either. I attempted suicide because, for the first time in years, I thought I had found something that could make me feel again... and after not feeling much at all for far too long, perhaps I went a bit overboard
