Depression's a word typically defined as a condition of general emotional dejection and withdrawal; a sadness greater and more prolonged than justified by a defined reason. It sucks one in for no apparent reason, making one feel a sense of worthlessness and inadequacy. Cadence knows depression and has had it for years, but never had the confidence to tell her parents. After an anxiety attack that leaves her lost and confused, she confides in her sister. The road to recovery has just begun for Cadence. Therapy was one thing for her--talking to someone who could help, but a support group took things to a whole new level. Connecting and hearing stories from similar people has Cadence feeling like there's hope. At the first meeting, she meets Griffin, a sarcastic and dangerous guy. An immediate connection has them trying to help one another out with their issues. But along with Griffin comes a roller coaster ride of emotions. Cadence can't help the attraction, regardless of Griffin's protests.

He took wild steps towards her..pushing her fragile body on the walls and forcing his lips on her.... He was kissing her hungrily...his cold heart was not allowing her tears to melt him...he bitted her lip....she yelled in pain.. hitting his chest with her tiny hands... He left her due to lack of breath...he started giving wet kisses on her neck... Move...she pushed her forcefully... Please move... You promised that you will give me space until I feel comfortable with you.... Then why..???? She said sobbing between her hiccups... hugging her knees... Have you forgotten your truth??"He asked her, pulling her closer to himself. The girl was trembling badly due to his dominating aura. Her eyes were fixed on his chest, not daring to look in his eyes. No one dared to look at him directly,then how can she, a normal girl, have the courage to look at him. He holds her neck from back and makes her look into his eyes. " If you have forgotten then let me remind you.....I have bought you .... Your soul, your heart, your body, your breath, your everything belongs to me and only me ... .And you let that bastard touch something which belongs to me ... .How dare you???"He asked her angrily. " I...", the girl tried to explain herself but didn't have the courage to utter a single word in the presence of his dominating aura. " You need a lesson so you never forget who you belong to", he said angrily, before smashing his lips on hers, kissing her roughly, punishing her.
