(note I don't own Sonic Skyline or Sonic itself. I just thought that Skyline looked cool and the comic was pretty cool so I wanted to make my own spin in the story, so please enjoy)
Sonic never thought he'll ever go on adventures and travel to other sky islands, but that all changed when he met Dr.Eggman, a human from the ground who wants to help Mobius be a better place. With the help of Eggman and his allies in the Skyline corporation, Sonic and his friends are going to travel the sky islands and fought evil robots, and maybe even save the world.

Welcome to Mobius a perfect place to live. Why, everything you need is right here on this very planet. We have technology, robot servants, and anything you could possibly think of. A polluted city was being attacked from the robots that were supposed to be servants but somehow they malfunctioned. We go to the top of a building as we see a shadowy figure sitting down at the edge of the tower with one leg dangling down from the roof and the other bent on top of the edge as the figure rested its arm on top of its knee gazing down at the polluted city. Everything is... gone. There's nothing left for me to do. All I have are my two sons, my only daughter, and my friends. I just don't know what to do anymore. My wife is gone, robots are taking over the planet, and what's worse... is that I'm supposed to be a hero. I'm Sonic. Sonic The Hedgehog and my wife Amy Rose has died to protect our children. Now it's my job to protect planet Mobius with the help of my younger brother, Miles "Tails" Prower, a red Echidna named Knuckles, two hedgehogs, Silver and Shadow. Before they could ask, the Master Emerald glows up and teleporting the entire world of Sonic to another world. A mysterious yet magical world where mirrored their world but differently. That's where they meet new allies with special abilities and other creatures as the search for the Chaos Emeralds again who was got spread away. Will they find the person they are looking for and stop Mephiles from destroying everything? (This story is based on Sonic Prime and Sonic X Shadow Generations).

What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room. Sonic may like one of his friends more than he thinks he does. Eggman's just generally annoyed. Or, I'm writing Sonic the Hedgehog fanfic now, I guess. (Crossposted on ff.net and Ao3.)

Little do they know a certain egg themed villain is attempting to find this world to conquer as well as defeat the heros hiding in plain sight. Will they stop him without being captured by the villains of this world? Or will the villain rise to the top, rendering the heros useless? Eventual Sonadow, Rougeknux, Blazeamy, and Mephilver. 16+ there are adult themes and topics in this book not suitable for minors, nothing explicit, which is why I put 16+ rather than 18+. This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn. (These characters are seen as young adults. The only child depicted in this story is Tails. So for whoever may be thinking I am sexualizing minors, you're wrong. I also will say that this book is heavily emotional and has very graphic scenes. So I advise to whoever reads this as well to be very open minded and aware of the triggers I've listened down.)
