After being viciously mutilated during a Realm takeover, Ortega, is rebuilt in one of Shang Tsung's flesh pits, as one of many experiments.

However, due to recent events, finds himself a way out as Earthrealm begins to win against Shao Khan.

Years later, wandering the depths of an unknown realm, Ortega encounters the former Empress Mileena, and her group that aims to reclaim her throne. While Mileena is recognized from a brief meeting during his reconstruction, he'll have to set that aside to survive total destruction. It may be for a former enemy, but right now, he'll do anything to preserve his life.

But...this one is definitely NOT like Shao Khan, a lot more childish than usual...curious...
