Sofia Grace who prefers to be called Sophie, has recently suffered a huge tragedy, her family was murdered. Her father and mother who were the Alpha and Luna of the Lunar Eclipse Pack, and along with her little sister are now gone and buried. Sophie is 18, and of age to become the next Alpha, but the Lunar Eclipse pack has other plans. The pack has decided that Sophie should not become the next Alpha and that they have a right to her family's possessions.
Realizing that is not safe there, she leaves to seek help, she goes to a neighboring pack and they refer her to seek help from the one of most powerful packs on this side of the hemisphere.
Drake Black the Alpha of the Savage Moon pack, is a fierce warrior and known to be just as savage as his pack name. He agrees to help Sophie not just because his father was friends with hers but because she is his mate.
