Scars. Many had formed on the child's body as she listened to her family get ripped to shreds. The mountain whispered in the cold night, it told her to run and not to stop. It was the voice of her mother, even her older brother, and it echoed in her mind despite the growing pain of falling and getting thrown down multiple times. Demons. It was unbelievable. I learnt the hard way that wanting to be normal is just wishful thinking. More specifically when I found out who my dad really was. As a pretty sane person I knew that ugly incomprehensible things happened but somethings came at you so unexpectingly that you did not even know how to react.
