What Humanity Doesn’t Know, Can Hurt Them

Disclosure has begun.

When Laurence Dewitt was 12 years old, he saw something that changed his life forever. Now he is the preeminent conspiracy theorist in his field, binding together those who have been most harmed by secrecy.

Dr. Mercedes Teller and Dr. Edwin Laney complete their free energy device and present it to a room of skeptical scientists and eager investors, but a visit from strange men in black suits change their plans.

Lieutenant Kurt Davis is decorated air force pilot, but after a strange encounter, his life takes a turn for the worse.

Annie Fox is a struggling psychic channel and blogger. When she receives a strange letter from an anonymous sender, she learns things about her spirit guide that make her question everything she believes.

Aden Monroe is Annie’s son. Aden’s dad thinks his mom is crazy, but Aden holds his own secrets that let him know his mother is anything but insane.

The first episode of Channeled Contact is a thrill ride of emotion, meeting the characters whose lives weave the tapestry of those most affected by mystery that keeps the human race enslaved in secrecy.

❖ Interstellar pilot and ex-adventurer Alex Gallegos must keep their team safe on an icy moon as sentient storms threaten to repeat the tragedy that ended their last career. ❖ Everyone in the United Inhabited Solar Systems (for some reason, UIS for short) knows to stay away from Mahaha. The icy moon is notorious for failed probe landings and research missions that end in tragedy: the only people to ever venture to its surface needed rescuing after just two weeks. When a prestigious research group decides they want a turn, they ask Alex Gallegos to lead the team. Perfectly qualified and haunted by their past, Alex accepts, hoping to make up for old mistakes and get just a little further from the earth they've left behind. Two months into the seven-month mission, the team is struggling with discontent, damaged equipment, and blizzards acting less and less like normal weather. As Mahaha moves out of range of help and the storms take on a more malicious character, Alex must face the one foe they could never have prepared for. Mahaha may or may not be alive. ❖❖❖ Complete. "They took my sister. Now I'm taking her back." Seventeen years ago, humans started developing supernatural abilities. Comic books came true as the first person flew, created fire, mind-read. The world entered a new age where people who could do special things were revered and admired. That all changed when one man lost control of his power and unleashed a huge explosion in a crowded shopping centre, killing over a thousand others. A series of fights involving superhumans broke out, resulting in the destruction of multiple cities and hundreds upon hundreds of further lives lost. The government began hunting down those extraordinary people with the assistance of a specialised unit: trained in recognising different abilities. Suddenly powers became something scary, uncontrollable and dangerous, that nobody wanted to own up to having. Seventeen years after the Explosion, Amelie Rose Carmichael is the daughter of the man who is in charge of hunting down and imprisoning these people. She enjoys a comfortable life, protected from any threats against her. But when Amelie develops an ability without warning, she must try to keep it hidden from her family, her friends, and above all her father. Can she keep a secret? Will she use her powers to help the rebel organisation that has approached her? And what secrets are the people around her hiding? She survived the end. But it's only the beginning. Ever escaped Earth before life, as she knows it, was wiped from the planet. She lost everything: her parents and sister. Forced to leave behind her best friend, and the two boys she loves; their fate is unknown. She's headed to a new planet, where her brother, whom she thought was dead, waits patiently for her arrival. But this new world is not what it seems and her sister's final words weigh heavily at the forefront of her mind: "your friends may be your foes and your foes may be your only chance for survival." She doesn't know who to trust, including herself. Memory reimaging has scrambled her brain, making it difficult to decipher fact from fiction. To make matters worse, as a genetically modified human and the sole woman with the ability to procreate, Ever finds herself in a unique and terrifying position. The evil corporation, Environettix wants to exploit her, and she's not the only one they are after. The other Mods from Earth have been brought to the new planet, but not for the reasons they believe. Things are spiraling out of control. Environettix is getting desperate and desperation makes people do unimaginable things. As Ever navigates her way through a labyrinth of lies, she discovers one truth to be absolute: They shouldn't be here. This planet does not belong to them, and things that don't belong, have a way of being...extinguished. *This is Book 2 in The Dissonance Series
