By the end of the 21st and the start of the 22nd century, most of mankind had united to prevent any more global scale wars and to help each other out, forming the United Nations of Earth (UNE), a few countries still against the unification. Earth has advanced in technologies, advanced in weapons, achieved better space travel, colonized Earth's Moon, and started to terraform Mars. Future Warrior, a fictional story of two close friends who decided to join the United Nations Armed Forces (UNAF), becoming brothers in arms to serve and protect their homeland. On an early morning, something unexpected hits them at their headquarters, something never before seen. They must be ready to do anything to protect Earth at all costs. The Worlds best weapon against these hideous creatures from space are the giant Mech's and their pilots who stand on the front lines and fight a never ending stream of U.N.E.'s to protect their lands, nations, and friends from harm. Two young pilots from very different worlds come together at a secret weapons facility as the next generation of Mech's are ready to hit the front line. One is a young British pilot born and raised in combat who is haunted by horrible memories, while the other is an American pilot who has never seen combat but has never found anything or anyone that can best her. In the year 2315, two human worlds are suddenly wiped out by an advanced alien race. This race know as "The Terrans" begin a year long war with Earth, and Earth succeeds in victory. Humanity was able to live out the next 15 years in peace. 15 years after the war, in 2330, 15 year old Alex Cooper gets involved in a deadly situation with the Terrans. After losing his father to a sudden terrorist attack caused by the Terrans, Alex joins the Exos Corps, the worlds largest private military company, and the only ones powerful enough to stop the Terrans. With the help of his friends, and a vast artillery of weapons, Alex vows to protect not only Earth, but every human colony. *This is my FIRST story so there may be some spelling errors or mistakes.*

Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world. They want the new colony to be a cyborg colony in which they will rebuild their strength and practice their way of life. During the fighting, though, the starship is damaged, so that instead of travelling light years across space it ends up a billion years in the future, alongside a planet Earth that is near the end of its life. The cyborgs, momentarily defeated, leave the ship in a captured landing craft and go down to the planet, but before they go they sabotage the ship so that it is no longer able to support life. The crew have no choice but to follow them down to the planet where they have to fight not just the cyborgs but also forms of life a billion years more evolved than humans. Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...

This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!
