Karys knew of the power that she possessed for as long as she could remember. She knew it would mess up her life eventually, and those days have arrived. She doesn't know who, but someone out in her world wants her blood spilled on the pavements of Lawrencrest, the ancient city of the most elite, the Solunar Guardians.

Slowly, more and more chaotic events scare Whitefal. An institution and forest burned. All academies in Karys' hometown were destroyed. A tribe of wolfai massacred. Strange visions containing memories that don't belong to Karys. Most horrific of them all, the anniversary of the Lunasolar, a day most remembered for the fight between two important figures in Whitefal history, is coming.
