Grace Benett is a young 18 year old girl who just got a job working at none other than SYCO record company. She has a passion for singing but she only works in the business side of SYCO Records under her boss Harry Styles one of Simon Cowells five young sons who are all incharge of different sections of the company. Harry is mean to everyone on his side of the company and makes sure everyone does there job right.

When Harry and his brothers start a new band Simon assigns them an assistant no other than Grace herself. Grace gets so happy that she will finally be able to work where the magic happens but gets taken back when she realizes its none other than Harry and his brothers band. But there is a catch Simon is hovering over a dark secret about how he runs his business and his sons darkest secret that turns out to be life changing for Grace.
