Scarlett is on a 5 day ski trip with her family to celebrate her 18th birthday. On the first morning of her trip, she meets a boy named Mark, who insists on teaching her some new tricks and taking her out to lunch. Little does she know shes becoming friends with Olympic medalist, Mark McMorris. He's enamored with her determination, and her never-giving-up spirit. She's glad to have found someone to joke with, and someone who seems to understand what its like to be a little different.
