Secretly Inlove

After years of solid friendship, I've just realised i'm in love with my guy best friend, and I think I always have been. i know he will NEVER be attracted to me even though i know he loves me. My heart aches so much it literally hurts. do i just need to get over myself and keep my relationship with him strong because i certaintly do not want to lose him. or should i move on before i get way too hurt?
