How will their 16-years-old daughter Alaska handle the situation, especially with her disorder?

Both of them work at the BAU, Aaron is Unit Chief and Emily an agent of his team. They married quite early so they have the same age as in season 12/13. Hotch was never married to Haley so Jack does not appear as well.
