" A girl's love is like a puff of smoke - it changes with every wind. " Life is filled with uncertainty, confusion, perplexity, but above all, unpredictability. I've always believed these words to be true, but in all honesty I never felt I truly comprehended their essence. However, that exact comprehension is key to understanding anything in life. And it was time I learned that basic lesson. I never thought things would end up like this. I never thought that my heart would ever feel so divided between two people, precisely because I never thought that love was a divisible value. I needed, and maybe I still do, to believe in the natural process, the classical interpretation of love ; where you meet the one, and things flow from there in the most calm way one can ever think of. But it hasn't been like that for me. I tried to stop it, I tried to reason everything and find some sense into the whole mess that was created. And I failed. Because the heart wants what it wants.

There's nothing to it. Really. I'm just and average girl who's finding out that the world is big. In fact, it's too big. It's so big it's messing up me and some of the people I care about. If people were natural disasters, he was a hurricane. Of course you wouldn't know that by just looking at him with those oceanic blue eyes and that windswept blond hair, looking as if he'd just stumbled off of an island. Maybe he looked like he rode the waves instead of creating them. But he was a hurricane: destructive and utterly antagonistic. And I just couldn't get enough.
