Juliette Lo'eday is one of the many, many affected by the world wide virus coused by project T.L.-.W. with the J~3 aktaomets. She doesn't suffer very much from her 'innocent ' version of the aktaomets in the virus, but all she ever wanted is to find more about the T.L.-.W. project and find a cure for the afectet ones and the ones who live in fear.

And when her mom transforms from her J~5 status to J~8 and transforms into an tao  ,the monster formed by a to high level of aktomets, she and her father who isn't affected at al,  need move to the capital : Akoma , the city where it all started. The city where The T.L.-.W.  Project.
