An alternate world where everyone is born with clock on the inside of their wrist, counting down to the time when they will meet their soulmate. Charlotte Cooper is an unenthusiastic University student with only a few months until her clock runs out. But it seems as if it is everyone else looking forward to them meeting than herself.
