Merida Dunbroch and Jack Frost have been bestfriends ever since they were children. both of them had feelings for each other but they never admitted it. They tought it would never work out since merida is a princess and jack is just a servant in the kingdom.
When they do tell each other their feelings, Merida's mother, Queen Elinor, has planned her betrothal. The Queen didn't accept Merida and Jack's love since Jack wasn't Royal. That's when Merida asked a wish to change her fate by changing her mother about her idea about Jack. but the spell was wrong and the Queen turned into a beast and Jack was turned into a snow spirit
