When the Sun Begins to Die
Seventeen year old Cadence Buds is a normal teenager in a dying world. Well, the world isn't dying, but the sun is. It has been dying for several years now, but the effects are finally starting to come about. The sun has even been changing color. The government has been working on a plan to save a portion of the human population for quite some time. There are so many problems with the sun dying. The oceans will evaporate from the inevitable explosion, everything will be dark and nothing will be able to grow, the world will freeze over, everything will be destroyed. The sun is also giving off toxic radiation while it dies, making the world especially dangerous. The government's solution to this problem is to build a radiation proof dome over a large area. There will be synthetic heat, light, and seasons. The cost to enter such an oasis is very expensive. It is hundreds of thousands of dollars per ticket. However, there is another way to get in. Once the sun dies many will die with it. It might even vaporize part of the planet in its blast. No one knows for sure. But the world will need a larger population. You can earn your place in the dome if you agree to have a child to save the human race. This obviously only applies to women. Now remember Cadence? He is biologically female. He has been on testosterone for two years and is trying to transition in this world. Unfortunately that is horribly expensive where he lives. His family however is more focused on saving their lives from the dying sun. His parents had just enough money to afford his sister a ticket. She could not have children because she was barren. Cadence however could have children if he wished, but he didn't. Having a child meant undoing all of his hard work. He is told that in order to survive that he must have a child within the next two years. Two years is a long time, but he never wanted to have children. After sacrificing hundreds of people for the unknown liquid to keep evolving after some test something happened that scientists themselves will call impossible. A hybrid. "A human with animal ears and tail?!" " we'll become millionaire if we sell them to black market! People will bet thousands of their money to buy one of this creatures. " " We'll just make sure the government won't know about this. " After some years of selling different kind of hybrids the government eventually know of this. They plan on stopping this kind of transactions but it's already too late. People falling in love and mating with their hybrids causing it's population to increase. The scientist's payed their crime in jail and got their head slashed off their own body. Government approve that people can take care of hybrids but can be sentenced to being put in jail for a life time if known of abusing them. Everything sounds peaceful now aren't it? No. M/n after a stressful day on his school just wanted to lay down on his bed while sipping on his hot chocolate as he watched the rain poured down on his window. But when a male neko around his age knocked on his door drenched in rain, shivering and bruised, he just need the urge to cry why things keep happening and when it happens it just need to bother him. You see me and her are wolf hybrids. So we have the ears of a wolf and a tail of a wolf and eyes of a wolf and we have powers. I was keeping a secret that Wolfie didn't know about herself because it's too dangerous. She has a dangerous power within her but she never got it out. But for some reason our parents left us when I was 4 and Wolfie was 3. So we were basically left on the streets of Los Santos. We met some other wolf friends like us but during the years but some they got attacked and killed and others would move to a different cities. We were very close to a wolf friend name Fang but he move to a different city so we me and Wolfie would survive alone in alleyways. We would watch each others backs in case if we are in danger. But we had something that we both liked to do and that is to steal. We would steal food, steal money, heck we even stole someone's flashlight. But one day when we were about to steal money from the bank. A group of people already beat us to it. You know what, just read the story and you'll know what's up.Complete

Without warning it began! The inevitable, I think it's fair to assume this book is not in my possession. This means I'm most likely dead. Most nights I wrestle the reason I have chosen to explain what happened, the things we did to each other, things no human being should witness. I Wright this simply to enlighten your poor soul and give you more of a chance than I had. A chance to survive what is most likely the brink of human extinction. Times are harder now and as the days go by we are less of our former selves. We have become husks floating around in a lost, desolate world. I look at this place and it still seems so alien to me, as the days roll into the nights I'm still unsure of how we got to this point. If you are reading this, you too are probably North and very much aware of what has happened to our beloved city. I feel a responsibility to inform you that you will most likely share the same fate as I have. I understand you may be wondering what's worse than death, trust me in this place death seems like a paradise compared. I do not know why I still feel so obligated to write this. To be honest most nights I think its just an escape from the madness, like a natural sedative it's the only way I can fall asleep in this hell. However I do need to clear my conscious and pay dividend for my demons. I need you to know what happened to me; I need you to know what we have become and what we are capable of. I need you to know why we have chosen to kill each other, why the smell of human flesh lingers in the air like slow roast pork on a Sunday afternoon. Why bodies litter our streets. Why things that seemed to be so impossible happen in front of our very own eyes. Why conformity i this place is the unreal ideas people live their lives by and why I was included into this group of youthful abominations. It started out as something anyone could have confused as a hangover, food poisoning, or any other puke indulging sickness. But then within minutes it morphed into something even the smartest and most experienced medical facilitators couldn't diagnose. I mean, how could you really label someone as transforming into a werewolf if less then a penny of the earth knew of the species? "Sienna... Sienna please go." Elijah pleaded, arms quivering as he coughed up more and more blood and bile, leaving a strong scent throughout the musky air. Why is life so hard? Why can't we all just be human and lead normal lives? If there was a wall here right about now I'd probably have the chance to bang my head into it repetitively, like what they always do in those cliché films when the protagonist is flustered. But then again it's normally on a locker where they can also bang their enraged fists. Oh typical high school drama, how I somewhat missed that. But no. I'm stuck here trying to help the boy I have a stupid secret crush on get through his transformation with the time for the train departure ticking away every second. And quite frankly, blood is my weak point. Yeah, not ideally a trait one should have in this current situation. But hey, being a hybrid comes with downsides.. Actually way more downsides then perks. Heck, I don't think my witchy powers really did me any good ever! Hence I'm trapped here in this scene where my attractive crush is coughing out that warm red liquid we all know so well.
