Silent Boy {BoyXBoy}

John Moore is the new kid at Redwood boarding school. That would be fine and dandy and he'd make some friends or whatever only for one problem.

He didn't speak.

He was mute, but it wasn't always like that. His father was sending him and all his siblings to different schools, so they wouldn't know what happened. But John already knew. And he couldn't bring himself to utter a single word because of it.

High school; the bane of all teenager's suffering. Especially when it was a boarding school and there was no escape. That's where he was forced to go to a counsellor. That was where he had to deal with Thomas Moran and his lackeys.

That was where he met Adam.

Adam Poulsen, a Danish kid who was tall and would not shut up. Their introduction was short lived and brief, John taking an instant disliking to him. The feeling was mutual too.

Of course, he knew Adam couldn't be all bad, right? He was proven correct with that after a little encounter with Thomas, his lackeys, and pretty much everyone who thought it funny to laugh at the freak who couldn't speak. Adam shooed away the crowds and let him carry on.

John wouldn't admit it, but after deciding Adam was actually good-hearted, his affections started growing. However, Adam was left blind to John pining after him 'because of school', you know?

But then John is moving away again.

And Adam doesn't want him to go.

But he won't admit why.
