1st chapter of my work in progress. Ash and Rowan's parents have had to abandon them in the wilderness. Their lives are changed when they run into Tor, and like it or not they are swept up into an adventure that is much too big for all of them. Set in the mythical land of Isla Feyra, the three adventurers encounter strange creatures, pirates and the darkest parts of themselves along the way.
