In a freak accident, Tigerstar and the other dark forest cats have been reborn after dying in the final battle. Sandstorm and Firestar are sent to the future in the same timeline as the evil cats in an attempt to save the clans, being reborn as kits. Firestar is once again challenged and finds himself face to face with his old enemy. Tigerstars back, and this time he has no intention of losing. EchoClan, with many great warriors, many cats training or ready to start, and even three medicine cats! But then a strange happening starts in their peaceful forest, creating tension as it seems their leader can't handle the pressure. Meanwhile, the struggling BatClan does whatever they can to survive the upcoming leaf-bare, but it seems their leader will have to take it to an extreme just to live another season.
