My name is Charlie Oldford, 20 years old, taking classes in Business and Management at the Cochise College. However- all I knew how to do in my life was to play ball. Don't matter what kind of ball, it could be basketball, baseball or softball, maybe at times volleyball. And sometimes I'd get into fights, just on occasion, I gotta protect my smart mouth some how. Basically I didn't have any time for anyone else other than "ball" that is until I met her and this is our story, how I learned how to see people, but also how I came to love-her. It was kind of hard to do anything other then be the good preachers daughter. I mean Bisbee, AZ, was one of the smallest towns in the state so I understood people would find us recognizable. Daughter of the preacher and all. I was a good girl, I am a good girl, I didn't know anything other then the good lord, church and that was about it. My older brother? Was the complete opposite, he hardly comes home and when he does, he's out the door the next minute. I wanted to be more like him, carefree, to be understanding of the outside world and I begin to see that more when I had met his best friend, Charlie Oldford. My name is Dior Wainwright, 18 and a senior in high school and this is our story.

"Finally I get to see who I'll be sharing a room with." I heard an all too familiar voice. God please don't be her. Anything but that. I slowly turned around to face the person I would be living with for the rest of the year. When our eyes met my heart dropped to the pit of my stomach. "Well this should be fun." She said as she crossed her arms and smirked at me. Megan Wheeler. The one girl I wanted to avoid. The one person that made my life terrible. Was going to be living with me. Bailey Montgomery is starting her new life in a new town, at least that's what she hoped for. Megan Wheeler, a painful memory from the past, turns out to be her new roommate for the year. The girl that spent all of high school bullying the poor girl. Will Bailey be able to survive her first year of college? What lies beneath the complicated surface between these two? Sequel to my first book "Meet me under the stars". It's not required to read the first story to understand this one, but it does give you some insights on the family life and Baileys hometown.
