"I've been warned," he cracks a smile, taking a step to her. "Its not easy to love anyone, but I always make the effort. Just come on," he beckons her to come to his arm. She stares at his opened arms, the sun dropping in and out of clouds.
"I don't need anyone to save me." she bites. He drops his arms and sighs, admiring her as the sun shines a spotlight on her, giving her an aureole effect. Fear smeared all over her face. Fear of change. Fear of love. Fear of being happy.
"No one is trying to save you," He holds her face in his hands, brushing her cheek. "I'm just trying to keep you warm. "
