Gravity Falls: Tale of the Two Ciphers

Dipper and Mable are now 14 years old and going back to gravity falls for another amazing summer. While there, they find a journal with a triangle and a #1 on it. Upon finding it, they encounter bill, only this time, he looks human, AND he says"..H...Help...me......please" before attacking them. They escape with their lives, and choose to tell nobody, until Mable reads the journal, leading her to a rusty pod. A really beat up and frozen one. Upon opening it, she find a girl named Brittney Cipher, who is on a mission to save bill, who happens to be her brother under a spell.

Who is controlling bill? What dose he want out of the pines family? Why is he controlling bill? How did bill gain enough control to cry out for help?

Will the pines family be able to rescue the one of the two Ciphers, or will they fail, and will weirdmogedon finally be achieved?
