A Twist of Fate || Jervis Tetch ||

On the day of her 17th birthday, Rose Bahdella killed her parents and with no memory of doing it, but she knows she did it becuase she wakes up covered in blood and holding a knife. She calls the police and tells them what happened, surrendering herself to them once they got to her house. After a year and a half of going to and from court, Rose pleaded insanity and was put in an asylum on the other side of the country, Arkham Asylum.

Three long years later, a new patient arrives, the patient's name is Jervis Tetch or as he prefers to be called, the Mad Hatter. Though, there is something you, dear reader, must know. During those three years, Rose had undergone some... Well, let's just put it this way: "physical changes". Those changes drained her world of color, turning everything black and white (not really, just her appearance), metaphorically and legitimately speaking. The cause of her change was an experimental drug that was given to her by Doctor/Professor Strange without her knowledge.

Now back to Jervis Tetch's arrival... Rose intrigued Jervis and as everyone knows,: "The madder the Hatter, the easier they tatter". This little rhyme that I, the author of this story, wrote means: "Even the best of facades can be shattered by the most broken of people".
