Expectations. Its a feeling. A feeling that something is about to happen. Good or bad, it depends on what you expect. These very expectations can make a nobody, somebody.

And they can also ruin someone.

Lacey Hartley was ruined. Scarred by the expectations of people she cared about. People she didn't want to disappoint.

No matter what she had to do.

So she made some decisions. Took some actions. Stopped her own heart in order to feel nothing. And now she regrets them. She did something terrible and realized her mistakes a penny too late.

These very expectations made Elliot Kingston who he is. People expect things from him. Things he lives up to but is not and doesn't want to be.

He is who he is, not by choice but by necessity.

And the product of all this? Of living by other people's expectations? Pent up frustration. And he needed an outlet. So he started a game. In which he could use an actual person as his stress toy.

Lacey was distraught, lost, confused, depressed and not herself. She never was.

And in the end, no one understood why she did it. What was left was disappointment and regret.

Now she left all of it behind in London and came to America to start a new life.

What will happen when the lives of two people, living by the eyes of the world, collide?

What happens when Lacey becomes the new stress toy of Elliot Kingston and instead of relieving his frustration, ends up increasing it even more?

What happens when both decide to screw the world and its expectations and decided to live like they want to live?

How will they're true selves emerge?

And how will the world react?
