Caesar is the definition of living a good life on the outside, but on the inside, not so much.
After an accident one night he comes face to face with hell. He's tortured with all his deeds he committed to become who he had been. There is no escape and he's slowly being torn apart. He looks for any escape, his mentality becomes non-existent and the devil himself finds what's left of his tortured soul amusing. Caesar wants it to end so he makes a deal with Satan.

Satan, Abaddon, Beherit, Pluto, Yaotzin. He was called many names. The merciless ruler of hell. He sits on his throne tearing people apart for fun. After thousands of years humans had not changed. Always willing to push someone to the edge of suicide to make their own selfish self worth rise. He enjoys torturing the monsters who made innocent people question their self worth. He finds Caesar, a beautiful boy tortured by himself. He foolishly strikes a deal with him.
