☮ It was the unforgettable summer of 69' during the Woodstock Festival, where the legendary tune of Jimi Hendrix' Purple Haze floated into the misty morning air. It was in between camp tents and small fires in the late night, where love was equal and peace was everything.

Where the air was thick with the scent of marijuana and creativity. While listening to legendary performances, and laying in the grass with the summer sun kissing our tanned skin.

That was the summer I learnt what love was really about - and took part of what is still considered an iconic event for the cultural generation of the flower children with their slogan 'make love not war'.

That was the summer I fell in love with a curly haired boy wearing a flower crown, whose smile and kind eyes I would never truly forget again.
