The Death Bell

What if I told you that a creature existed, one that feeds off the very soul of it's victims, but can only do so as soon as midnight sets in, until it's hampered when the clock strikes 3:00 am, for that is when it's strong enough to hold together it's murky, dark energy. They say this creature marks its victims with the sound of a chilling bell that only they hear, and once it is heard, there is no escaping its sinister hold that haunts you with poltergeist during the day, and death during the witching hours. It is said that there is a way in which a victim can escape his/her fate, entangled with the origin of the merciless creature, called by a few, as the death bell.
