At 11:00pm everyone goes into their houses locks all the doors and windows and if you are homeless that you are so unlucky, why? Well that's becayse of LaLa.

After 11:00 pm people don't go outside their houses b/c of LaLa, LaLa is person who comes out of the woods and walks around the neighborhood singing "lalala" over and over again, and if this person finds you on the streets this person will not hesitate to kill you. People in the neighborhood found this out because lots of people went missing after the lala sounds in the streets. During the day though if you go into the woods you might not come back out alive.
