Nakida is a bubbly girl. She likes everyone and she's known to be very friendly, but again, there's a catch. She has a brain tumor. Nakoda and Nakida are twins. They're polar opposites, but love each other to death. Both Nakoda and Nakida likes girls as well. Then they meet Jaylee Nicks. A beautiful girl who's quiet and doesn't talk much. Aurora is Jaylee's fraternal twin who's bubbly and smiles a whole lot. They begin talking to the twins, but what happens when Nakida's brain tumor begins to spread and Nakoda's schizophrenia becomes so terrible she can't think?
