A girl named Lani has never stepped out her house much less out of her room.
Her parents have kept her like this since she was born. The only thing they tell her is that it is
for her safety and that the world is dangerous for her to be in.
That's what's she's believed for her whole life . That was her life. Even if she did want to go out she wouldn't know how to survive without her parents.
Until one day she actually meets a stranger from the woods. Who is this person and what do they want with Lani?
When truths are revealed, will Lani remain the same girl?
Or will she be consumed by the darkness in her heart.
