Amble. that's was it. That was who she was. She didn't know the name she had been given on Earth before she was taken by the Ravagers. In fact, she didn't even remember a Earth. Yondu had given her the name after a planet she had saw and named when she was young. At the time, the red planet had resembled an apple to the young girl, but it came out more like that. 
She didn't know she had a future ahead of her, or who on Earth Peter Quill would turn out to be when he joined her with Yondu 36 years ago. But she knew now. She knew who she was, but she was still having a hard time grasping what happened for her to know it.

This is part 1 of Rocket x Oc part 2 coming soon I used to have a beautiful nice life with both my parents that was until my father had passed away just leaving both me and my mother. My mother and me weren't human my father was but me and my mother were a rare bird called a Phoenix. My mother also decided to name me after my own species so that's that I guess. Then as more time went by My Mother caught a rare Phoenix disease and since there were no other Phoenix's no one could help her and I didn't know what to do since I was only 5 at the time. Then sadly my mother had passed away just leaving me with no family at all. So I then decided to have a new life and a new home far away from here. Although would have to learn all my abilities like teleportation, Shapeshifting, illusion's, Invisibility, Fire bending and most importantly Sand Dancing. Sand Dancing included a type of stone and you would do a specific dance to control the sand. After learning all my abilities along with Sand dancing and flying I finally decided to leave this place. I was now at least 13 years old so let's just say some time has passed. I then decided to teleport to the further parts of the galaxy. In that part a lot of things worked differently so I would have to do things I've never done before. Then there I met a Raccoon and some odd plant guy. Will this Raccoon and this plant guy be friends with Phoenix or will they turn her in for some credits read to fine out.

After a couple of years, Nefertiti figured out that she did not age or die and was confused that Yondo had taken young Peter Quill away from his home on Earth. After years of being a sister to Peter, Yondo entrusted Peter and Nefer to find something and bring it back to him. Nefer will find more to her family than she thought she would.
