We all know the story of the ghouls in Tokyo, but what we not know is another side of the same story.

New York City, 2017. The ghouls are being hunted down by one of the biggest agencies in the United States, the BGI (Bureau of Ghoul Investigations) and they try their best to stay on the shadows. Just when everything was peaceful, a series of rumours start to unfold within the ghoul community, rumours that soon spark a controversy. A new group of unknown ghouls arrive to the city weeks later, shaking everything on their path.
Will the ghouls be able to protect themselves for the storm that's about to hit?
