Red is a very emotionally intense color. Strength, power, determination, courage as well as passion, desire, and love. Which is why it fit her so seamlessly.
I remember her hair flowing so carelessly in the wind, shades of red illuminating from the sunlight. The way her hands clung to the fireball bottle on the roof top on that night. Crimson liquid flowing down her fingertips after that one guy got a little too handsy. Her pouted cherry lips stretching to reveal the most mesmerizing smile I've ever laid my eyes on.
Even after she'd disappeared, it was all around me. It was the fireball I had every night, the blood spilling from pigs who disrespected females, the lights suffocating me, and the thousands of cherry lips dying to kiss me but they just weren't hers.
