"My life was never much of a story. It started getting entertaining just last year, in early September. Nothing ever really changed much until that, because that might be my biggest fear. And my biggest secret. Change. The word is like a trick, sounding smooth and rolling out of your lips as you say it. Then, you find it slowly creep into your life, and you can never tell if it really is good or bad for you or anyone else. This one change was probably the scariest of them all. Freshman. Fucking. Year."

High school can be quite the roller coaster.  From the drama, the stupid decisions, the regrets, the betrayal; it's just as crazy as everyone tells you.
