18 year old Elizabeth Mitchell is a starting off her senior year in high school, until her mother Cynthia Mitchell dies of heart failure on September 27th, 2013. Elizabeth and her siblings are left with 2 choices, to go live with there father Seth Moore who hasn't came to see them I'm 3 years or have Elizabeth be there guardian since she is 18. They choose the option of having Elizabeth be the guardian. So now Elizabeth and her boyfriend Ryan Mcclain are taking care of 16 year old Olivia, 13 year old Chelsey and 4 year old Michael. Now the responsibility of these kids lie in there hands.
