When you were six, your parents were taken by the KRAN. For five years you lived on your own in the city of New York.

One night, you saw the Purple Dragons corning a poor old lady before jumping into the scene. You were about to get stabbed if someone didn't block it. The woman passed out as you saw large mutant turtles fighting the Purple Dragons.

Using you abilities, you followed the turtles to the sewers until getting caught.
