The Second Generation

The Capitol rose up from scorched ashes, just as the districts had years and years before, lead by President Coriolanus Snow's granddaughter, Evelyn Snow. Ever since she'd watched her grandfather executed by Katniss Everdeen, her love towards her had twisted and changed. That love, is now a deep hatred. After all, he was all she had.

Once she'd lead her army of peacekeepers into the unsuspecting districts, she had only to say the word. Katniss Everdeen was hung publicly while her remaining family; her mother, Peeta Mellark and her two children, were shot instantly before her own eyes.

Now, as Evelyn Snow gained control over the country of Panem, and the Capitol was glorious in victory once more, with a wide grin from ear to ear upon her face, she declared she'd reinstate something horrible.
