          Rachel had that chance. On her eighteenth birthday Rachel gets a necklace with three wishes. After having a very emotional night she ends up falling asleep on a fairy, wishing she could see her mother just one more time.
          
           When she wakes up she realizes she's not in Los Angeles anymore, she's in San Francisco. She ends up meet her mother and maybe falling for a boy she meets on her first day there.

I just wanted to say something real quick before you proceed with reading this short story of mine and that is that this one is rather personal, more than my other stories in a sense where it pertains to my current struggle in my outside life of identifying as a male rather than a female these days.
