One night at a Christmas diner with family, she snaps from all the pressure and stress after her cousins steal her letter to Santa and read it out loud to the others. She then tears the letter up shortly after rescuing it from the cousins' grips, sending it flying into the dark sky, summoning an ancient demon named Krampus and all hell breaks loose.
