One day during the beginning of class, Marinette was called to the principle's office. She didn't know why, but when she saw her parents there, too, she knew it was important. Her parents sat her down and told her the big news.
Marinette was shocked. She couldn't believe it, she didn't want to believe it. Mari already has responsibilities as herself and Ladybug. Now she has another secret identity?
Then, her parents and herself go on a trip to China with the intent of revealing Marinette to the world. Suddenly, the unexpected happens. Marinette's class flew from Paris to Beijing, where her and the palace are, on an educational trip. Her parents told Mari that she would go on this trip as regular Marinette, but her class will eventually meet the royal family. Meaning, they will discover who Marinette truly is.
